I decided to remove the 500gb hard drive from my Western Digital My Passport External Hard Drive & install it in a laptop, replacing it with a 250gb drive I had laying around .  First I went in search of where they hid the screws, they where not under the little rubber stick on pieces or under the bar code sticker like normal .

USB PS3 External Hard Drive Continued...  Some users are having issues with the standard command line fat32 format so i found an alternative wich worked perfectly for me on a 500gb Western Digital My Passport . You first need to download the program fat32format from the end of the post... If the standard cmd line format didn't work don't worry, just download the fat32format utility. I placed mine in the root of my c:\\    drive.  Then click the "Start Orb" , select "run" and type "cmd" into the box. Once inside the command prompt follow these steps To see the full size image scroll to the very bottom of the post Full Size 1. type "cd c://" then hit "enter" on the keyboard 2. now type "fat32format ?:"      where ? is the letter assigned to your unpartitioned hard drive 3. when prompted to continue, all data will be erased, blah, blah, blah                 hit "y"...

PS3 System Owners with Firmware 3.42 or 3.5 REJOICE !!  There is now an inexpensive all in one solution that works on all models of the PS3 with up to 3.42 or 3.50 Firmware. It first allows you to downgrade to Firmware 3.41 then allows you to install the JailBreak / PSFreedom / Etc...    They only run about $25 + shipping wich is a bargain compared to the Official JailBreak USB Dongle .   I will have these available for sale, a link will be added shortly, along with several other essential PS3 Hacking & Modding Devices .

How to prepare a external usb hard drive for use with your PS3 . First you need a hard drive ( I used a 2.5in 60gb drive pulled from a laptop + USB to SATA/IDE Connector Cable Set ) . I did this just for testing I strongly recommend you purchase an external case for your drive or purchase a prepackaged unit .  Go ahead and load up Windows then attach your hard drive , now Hit the Windows/Start Button -> type cmd.exe in the search box -> press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to get an Administrator Command Line. If prompted, press Yes or enter administrative credentials in the UAC pop-up box. At the command line prompt, enter format < drive letter >: / FS : FAT32   For a list of all command options, enter help format   Windows 2000 and later have an artificial limitation in formatting FAT32 partitions greater than 32GB (though they will mount any valid FAT32 partition). Check for part 2, for anyone that couldn't get this working.

The simple and free app uses the iPhone’s camera for the photographing, and then the user can send them away digitally. My source says that it will probably take about six days before the user sees the money in his or her account. This leads to the question of whether or PayPal users ever see a check. I know most of my funds come in PayPal form and I hardly ever see one."

We Just Started evaluating Norton Antivirus 200 with Antispyware here at the office & so far I have to say i'm pretty impressed.    It is lightweight compared to versions in the past, speedy, & pretty good dealing with false positives. We have just finished putting together the first couple prototype high end desktop's at the shop .  It will be configurable so you can change the memory, hard drive, cpu, & video cards but it's Smoking Fast in our Pre-Configured Version.
